Our rental prices vary with the season ranging from:

€42 to €63 per night

€265 to €410 per week

These prices are for the studio, not per person.

Bookings are preferred from Sunday to Saturday but we can be flexible wherever possible. Also, minimum stays are not strictly applied and we will accept bookings for the number of nights to suit your plans.

There is NO extra charge for the supply of bed linen, towels, electricity and normal cleaning. These are all provided and included within the rental charge (Beach towels are not provided)

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance normally due eight weeks before arrival. A ‘damage’ deposit of €180 (or £150) is required and is payable on arrival.

We can normally arrange for collection from, and return to Geneva airport for a charge of €80 for each trip.
